International Shipping Restrictions

Luxo Jewelry does not accept or ship orders to destinations prohibited by applicable U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the restricted regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk in Ukraine.

International shipping is available only to eligible destinations and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and carrier restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy and item condition requirements.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original packaging and documentation included.
